Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is the Director of Housing for Stanislaus Equity Partners. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in construction, design, project management and real estate development. For 12 years Mr. Smith owned and operated a residential development corporation and has been trained in business, architectural design, non-profit formation and leadership development. From 2014 to 2021 Kevin worked as the executive assistant to the director for a global non-profit bringing medical aid, education, and community development to the most isolated regions of the world, and has served on multiple non-profit boards for over 25 years. Kevin brings his experience and passion for the disadvantaged and marginalized to STEP through developing innovative and cost-effective affordable housing solutions for individuals and families within our community.
